Saturday morning I was down around the rail yard getting some more of my ‘portraits’ of grain elevators for a project that I have been working on. The light was really nice and I was enjoying my time around the stately old towers. I just happened to look down into a puddle though and saw a reflection and took a number of shots. Sunday afternoon I began working on my images and took one of the reflections into Silver Efex Pro 2. I began with one of the Film Noir presets because I wanted to build on the mystery that I felt as I was looking down into that puddle. I think I found another project to develop more. Can’t wait for another good rain now to give me more puddles for different views.
